WHERE DID WE DELIVER?
  • We deliver to cities and towns across India with reliable courier services. To make the delivery process smooth and efficient, we ask that you provide your full address with a postcode and telephone number when ordering We ship to most countries overseas. Shipping charges are subject to change. The more products you order, the lower the shipping cost per product.

 

SHIPPING IN INDIA

We offer free shipping on sarees delivered within India and the shipping charges may vary according to the subject. Make sure to provide details of the person being sent to. Write to us if you want the sarees delivered on a specific date. We will do our best to deliver on the requested date.

 

TRANSIT TIME
  • We ship all orders via fast and reputable courier services that can deliver within 4-7 working days only India (after dispatch 3-4 working days ) or more, depending on location. As a third party provides the service, these dates are not binding on us.
  • For overseas shipping, delivery is 4-7 business days (after dispatch), depending on the destination. We cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays from the end of the carrier.

 

TRANSIT & CHARGES

Once the items are shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. The entire order will be shipped once all products are available. The customer shall bear any applicable import duties or taxes following the laws of the respective country or state.

 

RETURN OF SHIPMENTS
  • The right to accept returns is at the sole discretion of Aditara By Surya Narayana Silk House, we promise quality sarees. If your saree arrives damaged, just send us a video showing the issue. We'll send you a replacement saree of the same value. Sorry, we don't do refunds. You cover the return shipping. And please, make sure the package isn't damaged, or we can't accept the return, the customer will bear the entire shipping cost if the customer pays for the refund ,Sarees returned must be unused, in original condition, and packaging. Also, international standard courier services should be used, and any product loss during the return of the product shall be the sole responsibility of the sender.
